I had a very bad day today
heartwrenching
scary
terrible
no good
very bad
But
through it all
I thought
shit, this is
NOTHING
compared to what the family
is going through
This family
my patients
had today what may be remembered
as the most devastaing day
of their lives
But I'm hoping
and praying
that this
terrible
awful
no good
very bad
day
becomes their
you had this day...i remember it.
ReplyDeletei had it, too. did you know that?
i pray(i do) that today was this day, for your patients, as well.
xo
I'm sorry to hear this, and although cryptic, your message is startling. I will close my eyes and think of you, sending good feelings and energy your way.
ReplyDeleteI just love you Michelle.
ReplyDeleteI will get up and light a candle to Quan Yin. She who protects women and children will hear the prayer of those who need her help even if they would never pray to her. But I will, for your patients and for you. I will ask for Light, for serenity, and for peace. Acceptance and wisdom and above all for love to comfort and heal.
ReplyDeleteAck. xoxo

So sorry.
I think when you feel like you do for other people, you help their pain, you share it.
That is brave and wonderful.
