  1. First you had me at "dim sum" then you showed us the Saks windows! Oy, how I miss New York, especially during the holidays. This was a GREAT tour and a wonderful reminder of The Big Apple!

    Thanks for sharing your city.

  5. Oh. I've never been to NYC during the holidays but I do remember being in downtown Chattanooga (yeah- big city for me) when I was a child and how magical it was at Christmas. Thank-you for sharing. And Michelle- your children- oh my. Beauty upon beauty.

  6. I've never had dim sum and don't really even know what it is, but I'd sure be willing to try it one of these days! Looks yum!

Your children have the most beautiful completions. Sweet honey and caramel are the best comparisons that I can think of that describes their beautiful glow.

  9. Dim sum...I am so jealous. Also jealous of NYC at Christmastime; I've been there twice during holiday time and it's so festive.

Your fairy is called Columbine Icedancer
She is a bone chilling bringer of justice for the vulnerable.
She lives in mushroom fields and quiet meadows.
She is only seen when the bees swarm and the crickets chirrup.
She wears lilac and purple like columbine flowers. She has icy blue butterfly wings.
